因為疫情緩和,開始四出搵食。於是約了朋友出動食好西。找了這間日式餐廳,裝潢很有日本風,吧枱前面擺放了一些食材,而侍應也為我們介紹了今天的新鮮食材。最後我們點選了:牛舌,厚實又Q彈牛肉烏冬,超滑,湯底好香濃原隻赤貝,飽滿光澤好新鮮黑豚串燒,肥瘦分明好香口雞皮串燒,超級香脆烏賊,好新鮮,醬汁特別野味炸蝦天婦羅,炸粉薄,蝦亦很新鮮雲丹天婦羅,炸粉薄,如果先咬雲丹部份,超正!但如果一口吃一件,略嫌紫菜太長,蓋過雲丹的味道
