To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 椒鹽鮮魷 $98啲魷魚乾身左 有點韌不推薦 椒鹽九肚魚應該會比較好蒜蓉炒豆苗 $98其實覺得好貴 但點都要叫個菜落肚雖然佢炒得幾好食 但性價比好低沙薑豬手 $88豬手整得剛剛好唔會過硬 唔會過冧 爽口彈牙調味亦都相對很好醬汁係酸酸尾尾 帶點辣芥辣牛柳粒 $108對佢有期望 所以有失望這款菜色 我編好個味道係沙律醬多啲 帶點芥辣醬嘅味道但牛的質感較為韌芥辣醬亦相對比較多食落去就覺得攻鼻反之 突出咗餸裏面嘅 甜合桃合桃鬆脆 佔有少少芥茉醬都幾特別
