有親友哩港玩,佢哋食慣中餐,所以就揀咗上海飯店,始終上海菜都有啲特色,尤其上海點心!所以,雖然係食晚飯,但真係叫點心多過小菜小炒。先講點心,真係幾得:小籠包 $24 - 通常一客4個,但佢就一客有5個,我哋又5個人,啱啱好夠分唔使愁。小籠包皮薄,肥豬肉唔多,但餡肉依然打得鬆化且汁多,調味又夠,所以,大家都讚夠水準。再點少少醋,肉味就更加覺得鮮香!生煎包 $22 - 不過一客4件,舅仔自我犧牲,無食!漲卜卜包身軟熟唔黐牙,咬開真係感到新鮮熱辣,而且包底煎得香脆,肉餡同樣鬆化多汁,唔乾唔嚡。素菜蒸餃 $24 - 又係一客5個,4款點心以依個蒸餃較為普通,雖則皮薄透到裡面嘅素菜餡,餡料以白菜為主,兼且琢得幼細,但稍為覺得味道有點單調,要點啲醬油或醋先至好食。 鮮肉窩貼 $22 - 得4件,輪到我犧牲!以上幾款都有水準,窩貼都唔失禮,雖然無食,但其他人都話好,佢哋都覺得窩貼煎得香口,肉餡確係新鮮有肉鮮味。炒嘢方面,認真唔得:銀芽鱔糊 $70 - 味道已經帶出上海菜嘅濃油赤醬嘅效果,銀芽炒得算OK,熱騰騰但無晒爽脆口感;鱔糊唔算肥美,不過就炒得幾夠滑身,可惜份量真係少得可憐,除咗個鱔糊質素較對辦

先講點心,真係幾得:

鮮肉窩貼 $22 - 得4件,輪到我犧牲!以上幾款都有水準,窩貼都唔失禮,雖然無食,但其他人都話好,佢哋都覺得窩貼煎得香口,肉餡確係新鮮有肉鮮味。


炒嘢方面,認真唔得:
銀芽鱔糊 $70 - 味道已經帶出上海菜嘅濃油赤醬嘅效果,銀芽炒得算OK,熱騰騰但無晒爽脆口感;鱔糊唔算肥美,不過就炒得幾夠滑身,可惜份量真係少得可憐,除咗個鱔糊質素較對辦少少之外,其他幾樣都唔係咁好!
雜菌湯麵 $29 - 一碗上海清湯麵,加一碟炒雜菌,麵比較腍,雜菌獻汁太多,中規中矩。
上海炒年糕 $40 - 樣又麻麻,味道又麻麻,年糕稍為有啲硬而唔係煙韌,配料亦好似好求其咁,濕濕碎碎,同樣,份量都係偏細。
椒絲腐乳通菜 $40 - 腐乳味就有喇,係辣椒味近乎零,令人覺得馬虎咗,幸好通菜鮮嫩唔老,唔係就死得。

不過有個場景好搞嘢,肥肥哋嘅老細,企晌收銀位附近,周時左望右望,查實係晌度QC緊,一見啲伙計出菜有問題就叫拎返入廚房做過,成晚都見過好多次係咁。我哋碟通菜都有被佢打回頭,話點解咁細碟,不過,轉頭炒出哩個碟同之前嘅又差唔多份量,其實原先個碟我一眼望過去都唔算少,所以,你話幾搞嘢丫
!服務招呼都幾好,係環境有少少逼夾。上海飯店算係做街坊生意多,見到好多客都會同老細打招呼,吹兩句,區外客較少,而且,星期一至五全日唔收加一,晌六、日、假期晚市先至收加一,茶位都係$2個,擺明唔係靠依啲陰濕數搵錢,中式食肆都少有。整體價錢合理,係覺得個銀芽鱔糊好唔抵,碟仔細細得個幾炷仔!
