To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日都好想走去試下佢, 睇下點解貢多好評....今日終於一個人走左去食個tea set啦~ 叫左個紅燒牛肉面 + 凍啡 , 之前個個都有post過佢個樣(so我都冇專登影相) ... 份量大細適中啦~個d面底好Q的(好彈牙), 而且個面好吸的湯底個味, 個湯底就唔算太濃, 反而感覺食完唔會太燥( 不俗) , 不得不提 ... 梗係d牛肉啦 ~ 一個字"得" , d牛肉淆好嫩, 唔會散濕濕, 一d都冇"痴"牙 ~(讚)
