一直以來都未食過一幻,今日經過見唔多人排隊,就試一次 ... 但睇嚟近排仍然欠食運 ...其實喺門口已經聞到好香嘅蝦湯味,第一次食,叫返最基本嘅蝦湯拉麵。飲第一啖湯,蝦湯偏鹹,食到嘅蝦殼味道比聞起嚟嘅香味淡好多,心裏面已經一沉,唔通中伏?記得以前曾經喺別天神食過一次蝦湯拉麵,好似係期間限定,食第一啖真係好似味吉陽一咁嘩咗出嚟,果次就成為以後我食蝦湯拉麵嘅標準。而今次,唔可以話冇蝦味,但真係俾啲死鹹蓋過咗,給比下去 ...拉麵來講,麵身偏硬,仲帶有少少鹼水味。係我心目中,日本拉麵喺處理上,去鹼嘅能力遠比廣東生麵做得好,竟然喺日本拉麵店食到鹼水味真係唔掂。其實已經唔只係食落口先食到鹼水味,夾起啲麵已經輕輕聞到鹼水味 ... 所以,我最後放棄咗半碗麵,真係無謂嘥自己quota。叉燒方面,鞋口,我相信坊間有好多其他拉麵店做叉燒比呢度出色100倍!叉燒呢啲咁基本嘅嘢,都竟然做得咁差,似乎來貨嘅質素真係一個好大嘅疑問!溏心蛋方面,溏心流心嘅部份只佔蛋黃僅僅一半,火候處理未到家,絕對唔係好,只可以話合格。而醬油只係停留喺蛋白嘅表面,唔算太入味,所以食入

拉麵來講,麵身偏硬,仲帶有少少鹼水味。係我心目中,日本拉麵喺處理上,去鹼嘅能力遠比廣東生麵做得好,竟然喺日本拉麵店食到鹼水味真係唔掂。其實已經唔只係食落口先食到鹼水味,夾起啲麵已經輕輕聞到鹼水味 ... 所以,我最後放棄咗半碗麵,真係無謂嘥自己quota。

叉燒方面,鞋口,我相信坊間有好多其他拉麵店做叉燒比呢度出色100倍!叉燒呢啲咁基本嘅嘢,都竟然做得咁差,似乎來貨嘅質素真係一個好大嘅疑問!

溏心蛋方面,溏心流心嘅部份只佔蛋黃僅僅一半,火候處理未到家,絕對唔係好,只可以話合格。而醬油只係停留喺蛋白嘅表面,唔算太入味,所以食入口時,會覺得有有味嘅蛋白同冇味嘅蛋白撈埋一齊,感覺唔良好!為咗彌補呢個缺陷,浸落啲偏鹹嘅蝦湯裏面再食,反而令味道補救返一啲。

餃子同樣令人失望,皮唔算話特別太厚,但一定唔係薄皮,而且偏韌,所以煎完乾乾地,韌嘅口感就更強,但係餡料就好鬆散,裏面嘅肉餡唔紮實,咬一啖感覺好似就係個口裏面散晒!

最後嘅最後,配料唔係用日本蔥,改用中國蔥,令碗拉麵變得失色咗,但正正因為佢嘅湯頭鹽味太重,又好似襯返啲中國蔥,你話... ?唉~雖然價錢唔算講得上係貴,但真係物非所值。另外服務方面,都想加多一句,侍應姐姐擺碗麵落枱嘅時候,同好多雲吞麵鋪嘅阿叔一樣,噼啪,真係好豪邁!
