今天路經土瓜灣,見到有間叫做蛋撻王嘅餅店,用蛋撻個名做招牌,應該有點水準嘅。就因為我自己唸多咗,我嘅衝動性格吸引我走過去買了酥皮和曲奇皮嘅蛋撻各一個來試。當我試第一啖,唉…個咀即刻變倒U,然後將個蛋撻前前後後咁望,但唔知自己望甚麼。其實我都唔明它為何要分兩種皮,因為味道都是一樣,淡而無味。口感又是一樣,唔覺香脆或鬆化。 我不停反覆望它,可能潛意識想認著它,下次唔會再試。
