同事升職請食飯, 本來想去一間國內品牌火鍋店,但等唔到位就改嚟咗創興廣場,諗住佢夠多食肆。 我哋一路搭𨋢上,去到14樓、15樓、16樓都係超多人,但去到18樓呢間一鍋豐, 竟然可以有位直入。坐低睇一睇,價錢基本消費188蚊,比樓下嘅多30蚊,但佢好似勝在有魚生同刺身。我哋加多60蚊叫咗個鯊魚骨猴頭菇同胡椒豬肚湯底。 但我對湯底其實都幾失望,因為兩個都係淡而無味。魚生方面,唔算好新鮮。三文魚一啲都唔肥美。其他餸方面,手切肥牛一啲都唔肥牛,仲要好好睇住時間,因為淥多陣就一定會變得好奀。羊肉叫做好少少,不過都係太肥。牛筋腩好恐怖,成碟牛腩黑蚊蚊, 唔知喺雪櫃雪咗幾耐先拎出嚟。 另外,我啲牛筋呢?午餐肉應該係梅林牌,又霉,又林,一夾就散。魚皮好鹹,炸響鈴一啲都唔脆。 貢丸嘅雪味太重。手打蝦丸,太細粒,又無蝦味。菜方面,食返生菜比較穩陣啲。水餃都算正常。所以話,一定要 follow 民眾既智慧, 事出係必有因嘅。以後嚟到創興識揀啦。
