To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和家人飲茶,是次選了潮州酒樓,很久沒食過潮州菜為主的午市點心,是次光顧很滿足。功夫茶:一上功夫茶便有小時候去潮州酒樓的回憶,不是很多仍保留功夫茶吧?但小時候飲覺得苦,今次覺得淡些。但回憶滿滿。很多潮州菜包括蠔餅、鹵水鵝、鹵水蛋加豆腐……全部都好味!而這酒樓的特色點心也不少,傳統加新派混合,唔錯!幾好食!環境舒服,又有卡位坐,很喜歡酒樓有卡位,自成一角的感覺是日午飯很滿足!要提醒星期六午市要預早訂,無預訂要慢慢排,唔建議。
