To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早市未飲過,今日第一次見到佢張紙,張單睇落多選擇,盅頭飯都抵。下午茶就常客。大中小點一律價(按小點計),係多野揀,但點心整得唔算精,勉強係中下貨色。炒粉麵,而家有幾款平左,但唔好太高期望,未必炒得好過茶餐廳,份量亦好精致,大食的話,一個人食完,應該仲食得落兩籠點心。黎開呢度既基本都有共識,一至五先黎,六日就去其他酒樓,或食其他野。因為佢星期六茶錢貴過平日,星期日&公眾假期,又會貴過星期六。成件事好傻瓜,查實似係每逢假期就實行“分流”/實則趕客。經常黎既南區人,無非都係為左就腳、近近地,加上疫情期間影響,外邊酒樓,有d寧願休業,有d就可能做到趕頭趕命趕客走,咁趕住趁早,咁開呢做咩、何B呢?
