這間位於灣仔的高級中餐館,午市主要以手工點心及粉麵為主,餐廳內部座位舒適,服務一流。點心全部都手工製造,每日新鮮即制,十分精緻,全部即叫即蒸,新鮮熱辣。筍尖鮮蝦餃蝦餃抹了些金箔,令其更精緻,皮薄且晶凝剔透,裏面蝦肉新鮮爽口,還有非常少見的爽脆竹筍,鮮嫩無渣。陳皮牛肉球牛肉用了一半絞肉,一半人手切肉,入口有陳皮香外,比平時更有咬口,而且有肉香,裏面咬到牛肉碎。迷你韮菜粿平時最怕放涼了的點心外皮變硬,這個韮菜粿完全無此問題,即使放了一陣,外皮依然軟熟且帶點煙韌;中間有豐富韮菜餡及少許蝦仁,入口有肉汁及韮菜獨特香味。鮮蝦腐皮卷腐皮卷完全不油膩,食完都不會滿口油,中間蝦肉新鮮彈牙,外皮香脆。銀芽肉絲煎黃金脆炸麵餅入口香脆,配上陳醋可減輕油膩感,醬汁令麵餅略為軟身,更添口感。
