整體來說，食物質素算高。只是雪影金腿叉燒包方面可能有一點失色。表皮唔夠香口，死甜。今天點了以下的菜色：花膠響螺豬展燉湯、雪影金華火腿叉燒包、醬皇蒸鳳爪、魚肚棉花雞、蟹籽小籠包、脆網海王腸粉&金沙海蝦球。 湯：搵唔到響螺。棉花雞好似用咗豬皮。小籠包略嫌入邊冇爆汁。海蝦球其實唔錯，不過少咗一股深層味道，太過於着重用鹹蛋。
