今日係尖沙咀做完野就黎食龍門冰室,我地今日比較肚餓,叫左兩份餐再加個菜。至尊海鮮鐵板餐($110)份量大到應該兩個人食!兩大塊龍利柳,兩粒彈牙嘅蝦球,兩隻無雪藏味嘅青口,仲有兩粒大概五毫子size嘅帶子,仲未計極大份量嘅意粉!真係地盤佬都可能飽到投降🤣。魚柳煎過係特別脆,而且肉都幾厚身,真心食唔曬。餐湯係食物研究所嘅粟米湯,忌廉嘅含量唔多,整體粟米原味較重,係個幾健康嘅餐湯。常餐($48)揀左配美味雜菇烏冬,黑松露雜菌芝士玉子,奶醬多。黑松露味真係好突出,配合芝士同蛋簡直係絕配!雜菌係冬菇蘑菇雞髀菇,平衡番啲肉類,真係不得了,感覺自然又健康。芝士焗西蘭花($30)啲西蘭花夠熟,上面嘅芝士亦適量,唔會硬曬一層皮咁,主要係芝士汁,鹹鹹地又creamy。飲品我地就揀左紅豆冰(+$7)同熱檸水,正正常常啦。最後發揮我地食物焚化爐嘅功力都係食唔曬😔🤪
