To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次同同事嚟食,老實講,喺荔枝角想搵間堅係日式嘅燒肉店真係幾難,好彩而家終於開咗間。佢嘅和牛,係物有所值,雪花都均勻。當你食第一口,你真係有嘩一聲嘅感覺,咁當然都好睇負責燒嗰位嘅功夫。而且睇佢Menu嘅時候,發現佢有紫菜飯供應,薄薄嘅紫菜鋪起白飯上面,感覺好入腦同特別。飲品方面,自己就叫咗杯Highball,佢有威士忌嘅香,但飲完又唔令人醉,幾啱女士飲。然後,自己仲試埋七寶,一次過叫咗兩杯。正!總睇嚟講,去開荔枝角,銀座炎蔵真係值得一試!
