To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 星期五接丁丁爸收工，一齊撐個枱腳先返屋企。東涌海堤灣畔有幾間好有氣氛既酒吧餐廳。環境浪漫得黎又冇甘隆重，可以casual啲relax下chill下。我地去左A Tavola Bar & Grill，見到都幾多人幫襯，應該唔會揀錯。餐廳有戶內戶外區域，我地坐室內，餐廳裝潢設計風格充滿歐陸風情，仲有一個大螢幕同live band show😍食物都幾多款，價錢唔貴，如果大家去東薈城shopping 好值得去下，行去餐廳路程只係5分鐘度。我地叫左A TAVOLA HOUSE PIZZA ，二個尺寸，我地叫左10寸，都好大個，新鮮熱辣辣出爐，拎起pizza仲有芝士拉絲添。KING PRAWN RISOTTO 飯上面有好大隻蝦，但原來飯入面都有幾隻爽口彈口既蝦，燴飯味道不錯，食得出係用左好多蕃茄烹製。仲有加入盧荀，口感更有層次。AMERICAN CLASSIC BEEF BURGER 呢個真係好抵食。有薯條有沙律，仲有大大個burger。超多汁的安格斯牛肉，原來加上泡菜更惹味。SHISH TAOUK 中東烤肉串，見平平地就叫黎試下。出奇有驚喜，三大串，嫩滑雞肉烤得夠香, 一定要配上洋蔥，椒一齊食。
