每次跟老豆食晚飯都要左思右想,因為他不吃辣、不吃魚生、不吃西餐⋯⋯如果想不到就要吃頹餐,星期日確實想吃好一點,就帶他去黃枝記吧,廣東菜,一定合心意!原來老爸好熟悉黃枝記,因為老爸在澳門出生和生活,黃枝記正正是澳門開的!我要食香口東西,點了蜆蚧鯪魚球,和平日酒樓吃到的港式炸鯪魚球很不同,外面有一層薄薄的吉列炸粉,大約乒乓球那麼大,外層好香脆,入面好彈牙,兩啖一粒,很好吃!傳統男人一定要有飯落肚,點了鮑魚雞粒炒飯,炒飯香噴噴,配料不會切得好碎,不油,鮑魚粒好鮮味,每一啖飯都有餸!我點了一杯薑檸蜜,的確很夠薑,我很喜歡重薑味!再來是士多啤梨咕嚕肉,我是咕嚕肉迷,基本上每次吃廣東菜都會點,所以我會有一定的要求,說碟士多啤梨咕嚕肉的酸甜味調得剛好,不會有很強烈的醋味,又夠脆口,肉也新鮮,水準不錯!

再來是士多啤梨咕嚕肉,我是咕嚕肉迷,基本上每次吃廣東菜都會點,所以我會有一定的要求,說碟士多啤梨咕嚕肉的酸甜味調得剛好,不會有很強烈的醋味,又夠脆口,肉也新鮮,水準不錯!
