To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於去日本食過牛角,所以一直都覺得牛角好好味的,所以今次牛角推出放題,就去試一試佢。一上到去好多人,bk左位都要等一陣,因為平時牛角都貴所以見到有放題就好多人去食。我地揀左248(好似係,唔記得了)但d肉真係麻麻地,同日本真係差太遠啦,唔知係咪因為放題既緣故,覺得d肉全部都好差,唯一有一兩舊肉係好味既,但只有兩舊😞其他個d牛真係全部都麻麻,食返豬頸肉呢d就實無死啦😂所以最後都唔係食得好多牛,只可以講牛角要去日本食先好味
