To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食過好多次, 但今次食完好失望同事聽我講好食聚廳就揀左依到甘就出事啦北京鴨 = 皮脆 肉汁多 但包鴨個皮就... ... 厚+硬+乾, 但又唔可以唔包, 會好油! 好懷疑個皮係咪從雪櫃拎出黎, 無蒸過. 拔絲香蕉 = 全晚最差! 硬到咬唔到! 仲全部痴埋晒一切, 好啦, 切開佢地, 搞到骨肉分離, 皮還皮, 蕉還蕉.擔擔麵 = 好似清湯甘清, 面到有D碎雜菜外, 唔知同清湯麵有咩分別糖醋魚塊 = 全部都係粉, 無肉無肉無肉無肉, 甘貴既一條魚完全搵唔到肉食服務... ... 我只可以講落單覆單都無事所有野食晒魚都未黎問個待應先話漏左單 @@

北京鴨 = 皮脆 肉汁多 但包鴨個皮就... ... 厚+硬+乾, 但又唔可以唔包, 會好油! 好懷疑個皮係咪從雪櫃拎出黎, 無蒸過.
