To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次撚單走去一間食到我心水直流嘅火鍋店，搞到我呢個美食博主實彈實彈想同大家分享下！首先，啲藥膳湯底真係好呢，飲落去暖笠笠，驚喜萬分。我今次揀咗小辣，但都夠晒嗆，辣得嗌爽！麻辣鍋底都好正，香得嚟又夠麻夠辣，刺激到我哋嘅味蕾。🔥食材上，牛肉咋，不嘥唔係急凍嚟嘅，又紮實有嚼勁，食落還幾過癮。啲海蝦新鮮到令我閉眼都聞到佢嘅海味，蝦肉彈牙得嚟唔縮水，實發滿足。🍤啲蔬菜就算唔講，啲胡蘿蔔啲芽菜，真材實料，蔬菜類必推鮮淮山，皇帝菜同萵筍，保證你喺火鍋中都攝取到營養。而且，唔好漏咗試墨魚滑啊，滑溜溜嘅口感真係正爆！😋唯一要講嘅就係，呢度環境一般，唔該記得預約位，因為夠晒擠。服務方面無得彈，即使人手唔足，店家都好客氣，滿載人情味。總結，雖然食得我狂流汗，但滿足感爆燈，實行到底，絕對值得再嚟一轉！
