好想食辣嘢,懷念北京exchange食過嘅麻辣燙,所以來試下唔知揀粉紅色定粉藍色落單紙,唸住佢個名係麻辣燙,就揀粉紅色落單紙食麻辣燙(事後發現粉藍色紙,叫重慶酸辣粉,應該會好食d)黑木耳,似雲耳多d, 份量偏少豬腸,ok,唔肥,係細腸部份金錢肚,切得太薄,食落係爽口一條條,唔係平時大塊d吸收左湯汁嗰種枝竹,ok, 可以軟dd湯: 一開始飲兩啖湯,覺得唔辣,而且冇乜味…後來開始越食越辣,叫救命…辣度會慢慢麻出來,可惜係我覺得湯味唔夠濃,食唔到花椒香味,只係食到尾食到蒜頭味同我喺北京企街邊食嘅風味差好遠,亦都冇麻醬。只有醋。感覺香港此類食物需求大,但往往只係做出辣嘅車仔麵,比起大陸食嘅真係差好遠,雖然喺香港食係會食得安心d…紅薯粉,滑,夠軟身,唔錯,份量都係偏細整體價錢偏貴因為每款送嘅份量都比較少,又有最低收費。味道唔算正宗。見隔離食重慶酸辣粉,轉用刀削麵,望落湯底比較好,因為會有重慶粉嘅配料,肉碎花生同芫荽。期待其他菜式會好食d

紅薯粉,滑,夠軟身,唔錯,份量都係偏細

整體價錢偏貴因為每款送嘅份量都比較少,又有最低收費。味道唔算正宗。見隔離食重慶酸辣粉,轉用刀削麵,望落湯底比較好,因為會有重慶粉嘅配料,肉碎花生同芫荽。
