鍾意食辣嘅我捐窿捐罅搵到鰂魚涌呢間紅館整間菜館以辣椒為主題老闆娘一手起家自家製四川菜平時下午呢度仲有lunch set 夜晚嚟到呢度亦都有好多選擇先叫咗個成都冒菜、招牌麻辣大波波魚蛋、紅油抄手同麻辣牛肉蘿蔔湯麵。成都冒菜有芽菜、豆腐、青瓜、牛肉、蘿蔔同金菇,用料非常豐富,用咗佢哋特色嘅辣度湯底,可以自行選擇辣遮,但係要提早揚聲,如果唔係後加就要加$3了。另外呢個大波波魚蛋,令我想念長洲嘅太平清醮,嗰陣時入去長洲玩,同朋友一次過食咗三串唔同味道嘅大魚旦,好滿足!呢度俾我同一個感覺,亦都係又彈牙又大粒,加埋佢小辣嘅醬汁味道係清清地嘅辣,今次可以坐喺度食,別有一番風味。之後到佢嘅湯麵,本人覺得好出色,不太辣的湯底,加上青蔥,再配上份量頗多的牛肉,$69碗係物超所值,順帶一提,好鍾意食佢嘅面底,麵條條理分明,一咬就斷。成餐飯加埋都係$300好抵食,平時食川菜一個餸都唔止呢個價錢了。麻而不辣,辛辣感覺只停留在舌頭與喉嚨之間,並沒有為喉嚨叮帶來不適
