📍沾麵——先不說味道。最緊要我會偏向著重麵條硬軟度同埋湯底溫度,最怕係碗麵一團痴埋一舊、湯又唔夠熱,

咁樣會直接影響成碗麵既味道。
我好鐘意佢地可以幫我keep住加熱湯底,麵又條條分明,我比較鍾意硬身少少,

吃起來口感一流,所以只要沾一陣就可以,質地自己控制。
如果鍾意食辣既朋友,可以加入已配備既辣味櫻花蝦粉,又會係另一種味道。

食到咁上下,記得加入特定湯水,可以當湯咁飲。

當然過程中可以keep住加溫保持味道,一定一定要夠熱先好食
