To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 👫鹿角巷嘅原名係斜角巷,8月尾係尖沙咀開左香港分店~👱🏽‍♂️👱🏻‍♀️夜晚8點去到都有勁多人排隊,排完隊連埋拎嘢飲都要差唔多半個鐘💁🏻‍♀️ 拎完係轉角位有一個好大嘅鹿角,啱曬影相打卡同自拍🤳🏻 但記住要靠埋一邊影相,唔好打擾到其他租戶做生意呀🤫#黑糖鹿丸鮮奶 <$28>招牌黑糖鹿丸系列,係採用台灣直送嘅珍珠,係用黑糖熬煮兩個鐘,煮後只係會放置3個鐘,確保口感同味道唔會變差😎 第一啖飲落去啲珍珠暖笠笠,外軟內韌,好有咬口,但愈咬愈甜咁,甜到有啲膩🌝 至於鮮奶就偏淡,無咩奶味,可能因為珍珠太甜,形成左強烈對比🤷🏻‍♀️ 但搖勻左再飲就啱啱好,不會偏甜!睇落好似好細杯,但其實兩個人飲用都足夠,即叫即製飲品嚟講都唔錯㗎🙆🏻‍♀️🗣:呢個系列無得自選甜度同冰嘅份量🌸 同埋飲個陣見到店面痴左張飲黑糖鹿丸嘅品嚐方法,幾得意咁,就同大家分享下啦:步驟1️⃣:霸氣直接喝第一口不要搖晃,將吸管插到底立刻喝,感受鹿丸和牛奶冷、熱交錯的口感!步驟2️⃣:改變口感,搖9下再喝直到吃到充滿黑糖香的鹿丸,再攪9下搖勻,享受第二層次「濃厚淡雅」的感受~
