溫物:粉嫩小田和牛西冷經壽喜燒輕輕浸熟,加入大陽之卵溫泉蛋,帝皇菜蓉,仲有長時間煮過嘅日本洋蔥,食前會先刨上黑松露片,和牛西冷滑嫩油脂豐富,夾雜住蛋香及鮮甜洋蔥味道,最後可用蛋汁倒上旁邊米飯一齊食,簡直超邪惡
