To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當風風雨雨身邊湧起望可以靠近你, 下雨晚上, 在add@Prince吃鴨肝風味自助晚餐, 就算風雨有多大, 也不打緊. 現在的自助餐, 總也有個主題, 鴨肝做主打, 矜貴, 當然, 也要量力而為. 不過, 看著那酥皮鴨肝批, 就已經投降了. 香酥中帶甘香, 層次分明鴨肝肉醬當然不能淨吃, 這晚, 可以配多士或者麵包, 效果一樣動人. 鴨肝牛肋條, 兩者好像有點風馬牛不相及, 但出來的成品, 又挺有化學作用. 鴨肝鴨肉炒飯, 鴨肝加上鴨肉, 帶來兩個不同的層次.露荀鴨肝炒斑塊, 露荀配鴨肝, 這個組合, 是邪惡中帶點健康. 至於香煎鴨肝配橙醬多士, 鴨肝外脆內軟熟, 相當肥美, 跟橙醬多士吃, 酸酸甜甜的, 一樣匹配.除了鴨肝, 這晚的其他陣容亦相當吸引. 愛吃辣的, 有一系列泰菜, 如泰式肉碎配泰式米通, 泰式鳳爪沙律, 泰式海鮮粉絲沙律, 泰式炒金邊粉, 菠蘿炒飯, 泰式燒魚, 以及泰式青咖哩雞等等, 我愛吃粉絲, 自然投泰式海鮮粉絲沙律一票, 清爽中帶點辣勁, 越吃, 越刺激.不過, 泰菜部份的重心還是泰式冬蔭功湯, 不是一味的死辣, 層次豐富, 越喝, 越令人想起泰國喝到的味道.

吃完辣, 來點冰鎮海鮮, 平衡一下味蕾吧. 波士頓龍蝦, 青口, 翡翠螺, 龍蝦仔, 凍蝦, 鱈蟹腳, 加上生蠔Irish Rock, 每款吃一點, 已經相當飽足, 最重要的是, 這裡供應的海鮮, 全部也很新鮮, 而且供應充足, 要回本, 很輕易.

主菜之選, 我會推介美國肉眼扒以及迷迭香烤羊架, 有ribeye吃, 當然不能錯過, 特別是帶脂肪的部份, 實最動人. 另外, 蔥油雞跟酥炸蠔等中式主菜亦有一定水準, 肉質嫩滑的蔥油雞, 自是小晴晴的心水.

甜品方面, 泰式甜品就以芒果椰子黑糯米為首選, 而西式甜品, 當然要選這裡的名物, 藍莓芝士蛋糕. 不過, 說到甜品, 最突出的還是雪糕, 在這裡吃, 就像在吃大大杯的雪糕新地, 味道如何, 就要看您怎樣配搭了.
