本身唔太鍾意食烏冬,不過見咁多人排即管試下,佢分湯烏冬同沾烏冬,諗住烏冬本身咁滑掛湯能力成疑,所以點左湯鴨胸烏冬,當然一黎就試湯,有點驚喜,鰹魚湯咸香帶有一陣強烈烤鴨香味,本身鍾意食片皮鴨,試過北京大董嘅鴨胸油,一咬先係皮脆,跟住鴨脂肪嘅油香滲出黎,最後鬆軟鴨肉,食完果啖啲香味留晒喺牙縫(一試難忘)!當然呢個鴨肉無咁勁,不過佢烤完啲皮都好香,一咬落去又唔靭,好好食!不過烏冬真係有啲滑,一夾一咬跌幾次,食到成眼鏡湯汁。唯一係茄子,好似有啲唔太夾(個人喜好,唔鍾意食茄子),但整體不錯,搭正十二點開門即入,唔駛排隊。下次會試沾湯,但啲烏冬真係好滑!
