路過見到了肉桂狗裝修的日本餐廳,好奇下直入參觀,結果點了數道以鮮味為主的菜式。首先特飲漂亮又好飲,點了百香果荔枝梳打和藍蝶花佛手柑熊茶,熊茶是有隻可愛熊仔造型的果茶,嚼到顆顆香甜果肉,是一款茶比例與果甜味道很好的果茶。然後是產地直送原條刺身魚,魚肉彈牙,還有有3款醬汁可以隨個人喜好沾,個人認為辣蘿蔔蓉柚子啫喱醬最能帶出魚肉的鮮甜美味,然後加50蚊居然還可以選擇把魚殼變燒魚或煲魚湯,即一菜兩食,實在低食!再來是A5 宮崎和牛眼蓋塔子,大片鮮嫩牛肉經過輕輕炙燒後再混合一整隻雞蛋黃汁及芝士汁,與木魚及椰菜一起食用,口感超豐富好食。接著是牛油蒜蓉燒日本元貝,香味撲鼻的濃香甜蒜蓉牛油燒元貝,超大隻的元貝鮮甜多汁又充滿邪惡牛油顆顆蒜香,餘下的牛油蒜顆汁水直接食超棒!最後是松葉蟹芝士石鍋海鮮飯,海鮮集中地,半隻足料松葉蟹及元貝、蝦、魷魚等海鮮,加上飯顆分明軟熟,混合兩種芝士,拉絲及車打芝士焗海鮮飯簡直是絕配。這間餐牌超多款式,好吸引,下次要食遍其他款式!
