米芝蓮一星拉麵店金色不如帰於銅鑼灣開設了姐妹分店。今次分店跟過往的不同,以鮮蠔作主題,主打牡蠣黃金湯湯頭!牡蠣鹽拉麵 ($118)新店限定推出的,是全港獨有的牡蠣湯㡳拉麵。雖然碗裏看不見蠔的蹤影,但每口湯都鮮味滿滿。餐廳每天使用數十斤鮮蠔以低溫數小時慢煮而成的,再伴以自家鮮製的日本牡蠣醬、每日煉製的鮮蠔油、火箭菜、紫洋蔥及烤紅椒,讓拉麵口感得以提升。慢煮叉燒肥瘦適中,口感嫩滑;自家拉麵以特選100%北海道產上乘小麥粉去製作,麵條滑溜且掛湯。醬漬牡蠣一口飯蠔飯是以蠔湯煮成,伴上醬油漬廣島蠔及青瓜,醬油鹹味突出同時又嘗到甜味。菇燒牡蠣串以直菇、紫蘇葉,風乾火腿捲著日本廣島蠔,外脆內軟,蠔味濃厚,口感層次豐富。
