是日假期又陪同閨密姊妹來光顧他最喜愛的火鍋餐廳之一。店舖裝潢是主要以木系、植物、特色掛畫等作為整體元素設計,再配搭落地大玻璃外的樹木景觀,使人心境是感覺寧靜舒適。鴛鴦鍋兩款湯底一邊是紅顏花膠雞鍋,另一邊則是台式麻辣鍋,入口可嚐出皆是真材實料,前者用上花膠、雞肉、野米、鮑魚、花菇熬製成的金黃湯底味道濃郁厚實,鮮甜帶黏,滿有膠質。而後者用上紅棗、枸杞、台式特製鴨血、豆腐熬煮而成,味道香醇帶甘,麻辣辛口。日本鹿兒島和牛肩胛奉上後可見食材後方放置有少量幼小樹枝、蔬菜、乾冰作為點綴裝飾,隨後職員便將水份倒至乾冰之處,從而使其產生煙霧,如此富有心思的菜餚甚是適合打卡拍照。而和牛肩胛肉質擁有均勻雪花,入口柔嫩細膩,濃郁即化。蛋餃蛋餃是自家製產品,其顧名思義是使用雞蛋做外皮的一款餃子,食用時新鮮軟嫩,蛋香十足。丸類拼盤拼盤是分別有三小碟的丸類,全部均屬自家製作的,當中包括有牛味濃郁,鮮嫩多汁的牛筋丸。還有爽口彈牙,滑溜鮮甜的蝦丸。和結實細膩,香彈鮮美的貢丸。油麥菜新鮮翠綠的油麥菜份量甚多,煮熟後口感爽脆鮮嫩,清香獨特。風味鴨腸鴨腸特意使用木架掛起以令其賣相更為美觀,並容易夾取,咀嚼時是嫩脆爽口,彈牙鮮
