To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 鮮榨水果綠茶

天仁這個名字，還真是熟悉。台灣的客戶都集中在新竹，每次出差，跟供應商或客戶食飯都會約在新竹的天仁茗茶。不要以為那是單純喝茶的地方，那其實是一間餐廳，店內所有的菜式、飲品、甜點都跟茶有關，非常美味和有特色。想不到，它在香港的分店也越來越多了。現在就連荃灣一田也可以喝到靚茶。今次想介紹的是鮮榨水果綠茶，一杯$30，不算便宜。入口充滿果香，回甘才嚐到綠茶味，令我不禁大呼過癮。鮮榨的水果用上蘋果、橙和雪梨，還有一款「高纖水果綠茶」的跟它非常類似，不過成分再多了檸檬。Menu上還有很多有趣的飲品，未能盡錄，不過店員都會很親切的解釋，以後我可以慢慢試個夠了~

鮮榨的水果用上蘋果、橙和雪梨，還有一款「高纖水果綠茶」的跟它非常類似，不過成分再多了檸檬。
