Novotel 最近推出期間限定海鮮自助晚餐，有時令水果，主打多款新鮮海鮮，如美國及法國即開生蠔、芝士焗蠔、松葉蟹腳、青口等等，岩哂海鮮精。生蠔區的即開美國及法國生蠔，生蠔雖然不算大隻，但勝在十分新鮮。還有刺身及壽司。冰鎮海鮮有蟹腳、凍蝦、青口、翡翠螺等。不能錯過的肉眼及燒羊腿。以時令水果做的甜品，還可以任食Mövenpick雪糕。沙拉吧任飲的酒水對我來説很重要，很不喜歡那些要另外加錢的酒水free flow. 這樣才完滿呢。
