係旺角食肆林立日式放題食得多,趁天氣轉涼去食韓燒放題都係唔錯選擇。見食評大都話呢到D食物好新鮮,而且海鮮類都唔少,價錢亦唔算貴,就約朋友去試試。我哋8點到,用膳時間110分鐘, 即係可以慢慢燒, 唔使食得太急。座位隔間亦算寬鬆, 抽氣系統都唔錯唔覺好大煙。傳統韓燒要自己去拎食物, 呢到用點菜紙, 寫好交俾店員, 廚房準傋好就送上枱, 而飲品和調味料就要自己拎。坐低後我哋海鮮和肉類每樣叫小小我哋, 睇吓邊D新鮮邊D啱口味再reorder。海鮮和蔬菜䫶最先到, 有大蝦、扇貝、 帶子和蒜蓉芝士生蠔睇落都好新鮮, 急不及待放係鐵板上燒烤. 我哋點的烤肥牛、雪花肥牛、薄切西冷牛扒和金菇牛肉卷, 外觀都好新鮮和上碟擺置亦好靚食慾大增。烤了好一陣,大蝦和帶子先熟,終於可以食啦!大蝦肉質好彈牙,帶子有鮮味。之後是烤豬頭枕, 黑豕豬肉和香草羊西冷; 由於是薄切,唔使燒好耐就嗅到陣陣肉香,沾小小醬油己經好好味;再來的雪花肥牛,肥肉分佈好均勻入口即融; 薄切西冷牛扒,雖然切得薄薄,但燒到微焦食落唔錯。最後韓國MELONA水果味雪條做甜品,完美!以食物質素來說,人均消費$273 算合理; 如果 21:30後入
