最近亞女公司超忙,晚晚加班都無啖好食,今日趁佢射波(詐病)於是請佢食餐好嘅餐廳位於銅鑼灣渣甸中心,晚市主打廚師發板,有三種優惠其中一種是用$988可以享用,優惠期至3月尾前菜三品有蟹肉清湯羊羹,羊羹用高湯熬煮而成,晶瑩剔透,配上絲絲鮮甜蟹肉及爽口嘅秋葵,口感清爽鮮味另有黑糖仙人掌,選用日本可食用級別的仙人掌,配搭黑糖蜜同食,口感爽脆,清香可口,沒有苦澀味仲有汁煮梅貝即花螺,肉質爽嫩,簡單汁煮已經非常鮮味濃郁刺身四款石鯛,肉質爽脆具黏性,配搭酸汁非常鮮美活赤貝呈橙紅色而且帶有光澤,非常新鮮,肉質爽厚,加上即磨柚子皮及配搭埋芥末醬油同食,鮮味十足鮟鱇魚肝口感綿密細膩,配搭奈良漬有助化解油膩感覺幻星鰹魚,體型比一般鰹魚細小但油份相對較高,魚肉呈淡紅色,配搭茗荷、蔥花及即刨鰹節碎,味道更佳和食太刀魚南京燒,太刀魚肉質細綿,經燒製後油脂甘香,卷上露筍再配搭埋大根、新鮮紫菜同紅蘿蔔,底部仲南瓜蓉,味道相當豐富手握壽司八貫北海道帆立貝配即磨柚子皮,味道清幽鮮甜深海池魚配三星漬味道更鮮甜金目鯛面用火槍炙燒過,油脂更甘香梭子魚配磨香咗嘅芝麻味道更突出野生銀雪魚BB配咗醋麵士汁可減低油膩感中拖羅面再塗上醬
