我對鐵板燒向來情有獨鍾,今晚老公便約我到銅鑼灣食鐵板燒,滿足我口腹之欲。我地7點到達謝斐道肇明大廈2樓的鉄人旨花,一出已經見到光亮嘅招牌及和櫻花作裝飾,和風感覺好濃。店內面積好大,有一排吧枱位置及有好幾張半圓形的鐵板燒枱。店內裝修雅致明亮,予人舒服感覺,可以好好放鬆享受美食。我地選了“蝦夷鮑魚鐵板燒”二人前,包括有沙律~前菜~紅酒煎鵝肝~日本蝦夷鮑魚~熊本縣產A5和王牛~和牛炒飯~清酒煮蜆~甜品。沙律酸甜的沙律汁配上新鮮沙律菜好醒胃。半熟帶子帶子上放了魚籽,表面焦香內裡嫩滑,保留著鮮味。日本蝦夷鮑魚大隻鮮活的鮑魚在鐵板上被師傅純熟的手勢解剖~煎香~細切,鮑魚的香味已撲鼻而來,精緻的擺碟令人食慾大增,鮑魚入口肉質軟腍中富有彈性,一點都不韌。味道鮮甜,鮑魚味非常突出並富有海洋的味道,配上青海苔忌廉汁同吃更是錦上添花,忌廉汁creamy而味不太濃,不會蓋過鮑魚的鮮味。紅酒煎鵝肝鵝肝兩面都煎得很香,切開後香見精華緩緩滲出,入口外脆內軟,綿軟幼滑的鵝肝油香滿溢,配上香脆多士口感豐富得很。吃過後嚐一口焦糖青檸既可清新口腔又可剌激味蕾,很貼心。熊本縣A5和王牛稱得上熊本和王牛其品質一定很優秀,看見

鵝肝兩面都煎得很香,切開後香見精華緩緩滲出,入口外脆內軟,綿軟幼滑的鵝肝油香滿溢,配上香脆多士口感豐富得很。吃過後嚐一口焦糖青檸既可清新口腔又可剌激味蕾,很貼心。

熊本縣A5和王牛
稱得上熊本和王牛其品質一定很優秀,看見和王牛的油花分佈平均,師傅先煎香兩面再切粒,並把每粒和王牛的每一面煎香,入口能感受到軟嫩的肉質,和牛油花遍佈均勻、鮮嫩且入口即化,口感極佳且牛味濃郁。碟邊的獨子蒜烤得非常脆,猶如在吃厚切薯片,香濃的蒜香配上和牛同吃又有另一番感受~正!

和牛炒飯用的是日本產的米,每粒都煙韌有口感,配料好豐富。

青酒煮蜆
師傅用充滿手作感的錫紙摺成器皿來烹調,青酒沸騰時酒香撲鼻而來,點上火又是一個表演!蜆肉一開口便立刻被夾出來,肉質鮮嫩極了,還有海水的鹹香味道。

櫻花布甸
一道豐富的鐵板燒以櫻花布甸來作結真是錦上添花,三層味道的櫻花布甸甜而不膩,每層口感都不同,讚!
