To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 當日星期四，放假，約1點幾，只有二張枱有人坐，裝修又與中環完全唔同，以綠色為主，掛兩幅抽象畫，沒有大吊燈，以透明玻璃球代替，我坐在圓形綠色梳化位，外望柏麗大道大樹，因在3樓，看不到街上行人，窗像是畫框，陽光加被風吹的大樹，形成一幅幅立體動畫，真係有心思。一碟三件雞粒鮑魚酥$88，話係原隻鮑魚，係將鮑魚切開，藏在酥皮內，唔知係唔係原隻，但有口感，有咬口，有鮮味，也不錯。蟹子玉帶燒賣$36，當然也新鮮彈牙。帶子魚子蛋白炒飯$130，夠料，夠份量，當然係用靚米，爽口兼彈牙，食落魚子卜卜脆。但當日裝修，打鑿聲及鑽牆聲，十分騷擾，破壞寧靜，問待應起碼要半年要忍受，所以要假日先好來，假日工人休息。
