
間中都會幫襯翠華,最鍾意就係食佢香脆酥軟嘅奶油豬,仲有香濃嘅奶茶,魚蛋片頭河都係我嘅至愛,因為佢嘅湯底好有特色,其他地方食唔到,湯底係奶白色,好有魚味,仲加咗啲黑胡椒調味,份外惹味,而且佢嘅魚蛋鮮味十足,有魚味,不過將軍澳呢間分店,奶油豬,同埋奶茶嘅味道水準維持到,只係佢嘅魚蛋片頭河湯底比較淡,我諗水加得太多,令原本最有特色嘅湯頭,味道都淡左好多,變咗一碗普通嘅魚蛋片頭河,冇咗翠華嘅特色,希望之後佢哋可以維持到水準。
