To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 幾年冇食南記粉麵,最近兩公婆同朋友响旺角行完街,決定食南記做晚餐,老婆叫咗"雙拼有營套餐",係魚肉春卷加貢丸河粉,個餐配咗一碟疊到好高嘅蠔油生菜,所謂"有營套餐"嘅有營所在應該就係指哩碟生菜,$40一個餐算係幾抵食。我自己就點咗"魚肉春卷牛腩蕃茄濃湯米線",蕃茄濃湯對辦夠濃郁,酸甜適中,我幾乎飲晒咁滯,牛腩就稀少咗啲,但係我朋友嗰碗啲牛腩就又多又大舊,食麵啲牛腩都少過人,唔通連個天都唔鍾意我。朋友叫咗碟魚片頭小食同我分享,竟然係全晚嘅亮點!非常爽滑彈牙!一試愛上!每次去南記都一定會叫魚肉春卷嚟食,講真唔係咩驚為天人嘅美食,但係就好似一個習慣一樣,自自然然就會叫春卷食,究竟點解呢?可能係一份親切感,我同南記春卷已經成為咗老朋友。

我自己就點咗"魚肉春卷牛腩蕃茄濃湯米線",蕃茄濃湯對辦夠濃郁,酸甜適中,我幾乎飲晒咁滯,牛腩就稀少咗啲,但係我朋友嗰碗啲牛腩就又多又大舊,食麵啲牛腩都少過人,唔通連個天都唔鍾意我。
