To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間添好運一經米芝蓮點評,身價何只十倍?門口排隊等足一個半小時,仲係9點幾等到11點,食呢餐真係辛苦。點心一般十幾蚊,大眾化價錢,但係門口有張special貼左,有松茸蝦餃、鵝肝醬煎粉果、$35-50一籠,估計係方便訂位。因為佢地俾早一日訂位,不過最低消費$1,000。淨食十零蚊一點,食90幾碟先夠數,梗要出D貴價貨喇!我就無諗過豪,點番一般野,平凡中食出不平凡先係名不虛傳呀嗎!蝦餃、粉果、腸粉、鳳爪,好食,不過同我屋企附近D 酒樓差唔多,咁都米芝蓮點評,怪唔得香港點心風行全世界啦!個叉燒波蘿飽就超水準喇,係敢於創新gei 成功例子;其實係廣州蓮香樓食過叉燒綠茶飽都差價唔多,證明點心真係可以創新,唔係燒賣加片鮑魚、蝦餃變龍蝦餃就創新,果D係「掠水」!甜品要左個黑松露奶凍,OK喇,叫做真係有片黑松露,大片到同老婆一人一半分都鬼咁滿足呀。食完真係覺得鬼佬少見識,呢D 水準鬼佬覺得高,香港人就真係叫標淮咋。鬼佬評審,你地仲有好多好野未食過呀!埋單$119,米芝蓮喎,抵到爛啦,不過真係使唔使、值唔值等兩個鐘呀!
