約左班前輩老師係銅鑼灣食飯,揀左間精緻既高級中菜有茶飲🫖;平日晚上唔多人,可以坐得舒適好好傾計,遠離鬧市。晚上有不同套餐選擇,前菜叫左份鮑汁鳳爪🐓,味道似瑞士汁甜甜的,但更濃味同傑身。另一份前菜滕椒木耳,辣椒🌶️微辣好開胃,木耳都好爽口。仲有每枱都有既蜜糖合桃脆卜卜主菜就係鮮淮山和牛🐂,仲有四季豆香菇三色椒🫑炒埋一齊好惹味,淮山切成條狀易入口,食落似薯仔但更有益。砂鍋大澳蝦醬唐生菜膽🥬好大鍋熱辣辣,炒過既蝦醬香到隔離枱都聞到,蝦乾好大隻用料好靚。最後粉葛老火湯又甜又潤收尾。
