銅鑼湾食店林立,賣鱼蛋粉的不下四五十家,當街當行多的是,要食到真材實料、新鮮手打的魚蛋,就真係買少見,近期卻给我找到家隱世米芝蓮三才鱼蛋粉。一碗鱼旦鱼片河,先喝一口清湯,湯底是豬骨渔湯,清甜可口自家制鱼蛋,魚蛋是無容置疑的爽滑彈牙,口感鲜美香口。鱼片口感略带煙韌弹牙,加埋自家制辣椒油,完全解放鱼旦魅力。河粉又薄又滑,最后一湯不留。最后加碟蠔油芥蘭,足本完場!原来舖頭開業十三年,每日,老闆娘凌晨兩點就到店舖親手打魚蛋、炸魚蛋,趕朝早街市開檔賣俾客人,就係要確保魚蛋夠新鮮,呢份對魚蛋質素的堅持同執著,所以口福不易来!

原来舖頭開業十三年,每日,老闆娘凌晨兩點就到店舖親手打魚蛋、炸魚蛋,趕朝早街市開檔賣俾客人,就係要確保魚蛋夠新鮮,呢份對魚蛋質素的堅持同執著,所以口福不易来!
