今日雖然係白露,但天氣仍然好熱。好想食支新地筒降溫。行到Ikea美食站,見到cashier變左全自助形式,menu亦有新產品!

例如有雞肉醬熱狗,鯊魚包,乳酪雪糕加布甸粒,仲有今日試左既蛋撻新地

$8一個,新地係即叫即唧,所以撻皮絕對唔會漏氣軟淋淋,而係好似牛油曲奇咁,脆身加少少鬆化

上面既新地,唔係普通原味白色嗰隻軟雪糕,而係好似混合左吉士醬既淡奶黃色,所以感覺似fruit tart走了fruit

雪糕食落好香滑,有少少鬍子伯伯原味吉士餡既味道。撻皮薄身,但直徑都唔算細,近似傳統蛋撻size。有錫紙撻模,同一張闊身牛油紙墊底。

不過我食起上黎都幾狼狽曲奇皮太脆,一咬就四分五裂,然後塔狀既雪糕又開始溶解,成手到係最建議係美食站即刻食

個人覺得好抵食,最中意食脆撻夾吉士餡
