放假，今次约左朋友來到嗌了以下點心。極品鮑魚雞粒酥1.5 寸長嘅魚爽彈不靱又入味，製得有少許溏心效果。再加上沾滿濃稠的鮑汁，味道濃郁。下面嘅酥皮撻嘅外皮非常鬆脆，撻內有磨菇碎粒。鮑魚燒賣和鮑魚酥的鮑魚是差不多，燒賣size 比較大。皮簿冇破爛，豬肉味豐富而肥脂少。海鮮灌湯餃湯中嘅餃有拳頭咁大。熱辣辣上枱，加埋所提供嘅醋，十分滋味。燕窩蛋撻蛋撻上鋪滿燕窩。另外，今次還試左樣總廚推介的餸菜。金沙煎原隻大蝦2隻每隻大約 4、5 寸長，蝦身色澤鮮艷，惹味可口。📍香港 荃灣 楊屋道如心廣場地下
