女兒今晚請我去佐敦食串燒,佢話冇得去日本旅行,知道有間好有日本風格的十一串,要立即去感受一下日本feel,品嚐一下串燒美食!店內地方不大,勝在有日式居酒屋格調,店員招呼週到!燒蒜蓉粉絲大扇貝:扇貝好大隻,熟度燒得啱啱好,鮮味十足,粉絲吸收了蒜蓉和扇貝的精華,食落爽口又鮮甜鹽燒大虎蝦:虎蝦夠晒大隻,肉質肥美、爽彈鮮香。紐西蘭烤羊架:羊架肉質香濃及腍滑,不會乾爭爭,口感更加細膩嫩滑。芝士焗生蠔:生蠔肥嫩新鮮,佐以香濃芝士的浸透,口感更為濃郁鮮美。蒲燒鰻魚:肥美的鰻魚外脆內嫩,淋上微甜醬汁分外香口。孜然串燒雞全翼:主要是用孜然粉來調味,提升雞翼的香氣,味道比較濃,非常香口惹味! 木魚湯讚岐烏冬:讚岐烏冬出名口感煙韌、入口彈牙,木魚湯底鮮味十足,好味!
