今日去咗油麻地飲茶,叫咗幾個點心,每人都係幾十蚊,比$6茶錢就可以坐低慢慢飲杯茶食個包,幾抵食。原隻蝦燒賣(兩粒) ( $15 )燒賣可以叫兩粒或者四粒,適合我哋兩個人唔需要食太多,比較有彈性。原隻蝦燒賣有大大隻蝦喺上面,食落爽口彈牙之外,仲有好香嘅蝦味。金沙脆皮銀蘿腸( $25 )呢個應該都係呢間餐廳嘅招牌菜,炸兩腸入面再加左蘿蔔絲,有多重嘅口感,外層既腸粉口感軟滑,而油炸鬼就仍然香脆, 大家都一定要試下。燒汁釀茄子( $22)茄子上面釀左魚肉,另外再加上燒汁,感覺好似食緊平時嘅煎釀三寶咁。黑金流沙包($24)流沙包又係每次去飲茶都必定會叫嘅。黑色既麵包配上金色既紋路,感覺特別有型。濃厚嘅奶黃呈流沙嘅狀態,將流沙包一搣開,奶黃就好似流沙咁湧出嚟,同表面既金色互相呼應。籠仔煎蛋牛肉飯( $32)呢個煎蛋牛肉飯嘅份量比我想像中更多,牛肉就好似平時食嘅山竹牛肉咁,但就造成肉餅嘅狀態,所以食嘅時候每一啖都食到牛肉。可惜煎蛋唔係流心蛋,否則如果可以將蛋汁撈埋飯一齊食,一定會更加好味。
