To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我很愛吃烤肉,去牛角食午餐套餐,每款套餐可選擇兩款肉類、湯、白飯以及一碟前菜。上層的肉類是腹胸肉,肉質比較嫩滑及彈牙,即使烤過火都不怕變韌或者難咬口。其實以大火每邊烤大約三十秒鐘,肉片已經熟透以及能夠鎖住肉汁,令腹胸肉非常香口。而它的脂肪含量較少,幾乎每口都吃出肉香。下層是牛肋肉,這片肉類有三分一都是脂肪,令到口感更加鬆軟。而且遇熱後,脂肪被燒香,令到這片肉香更加濃烈。它的肉汁比腹胸肉較少,不過肉香較強。 以下兩種肉類的肉汁都頗多的,配上白飯都是美味之選。
