周日嘅下午黎到銅鑼灣永光中心- 十下打邊爐。裝潢以八十年代港產片盛行嘅懷舊做場景。店內播放住許冠傑嘅歌曲,又幾有舊香港嘅情懷。一坐低,店員就會擺低一大盤調味料。可見到除咗裝潢之外餐具亦都貫徹懷舊嘅風格。今日我地就叫左個十下二人套餐 每位$288我地就選左滋潤本瓜蕃茄先魚湯同胡椒豬肚湯 兩款鴛鴦湯底。兩款湯底均非常足料,鮮茄魚鍋用上半條魚落去, 煎後再加入湯底非常鮮甜有魚味。而胡椒豬肚鍋胡椒味非常濃郁,食得出食材係用新鮮豬肚。十下三寶滑:墨魚滑內有好多花枝粒粒,墨魚味重又有口感。牛肉滑味道有點似山竹牛肉果種,比山竹牛肉彈牙。鴨血煙煙韌韌,正!懷舊陳皮魚蛋 係我最愛食魚蛋嘅果種,外皮煙煙韌韌有魚味。流心粟米丸 好似魚蛋粟米湯嘅味道。三星蔥醬爆貢丸呢個超推介,丸內爆汁超惹味。大刀手切本地牛肉色澤鮮紅通透,牛味濃又唔會韌。花雕雞嫩肉唔知係味用左雞脾肉,淥左好耐依然好嫩滑,而且花雕醃得超入味。套餐包埋洛神花茶一樽酸酸甜甜幾解膩。其實二人套餐真係好豐盛,仲有響鈴、蔬菜盤、水餃。整體食物嘅質素都好高質,鍾意佢哋用心造嘅湯底鮮味足料。
