田雞肉質十分嫩滑入味 可惜份量比較少 煲入面亦都冇其他配料
Kung Pao frog actually originates from Singapore, and it’s quite hard to find in HK. The signature sauce tastes quite savoury and spicy, accompanied with an unique aroma from the claypot.
The frog meat is incredibly tender and falls off the bone. However there’s not much and the pot doesn’t include any other toppings.

This claypot congee goes incredibly well with the Kung Pao frog, the sauce acts as a perfect seasoning for the thickened congee.
