To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同朋友們,一行四人去左食海鮮。其中1人提議去深水埗金豪,佢話呢間舖位置方便,抵食得嚟好好食,性價比高, 附近仲有好多高質糖水舖。一班人食完海鮮再轉場食甜品都得!正。我哋叫左咕嚕肉, 避風塘炒蟹。老闆話今日嘅龍躉好新鮮,所以我哋叫咗龍躉兩味, 有清蒸斑頭腩, 同翡翠炒球。講一講個避風塘炒蟹先,隻蟹好大隻,好多肉,呢個份量嘅蟹出面食通常都要500-700蚊,但呢度只需4百幾蚊。師傅用咗好多肉碎,香料,蔥頭,去爆香隻蟹。啲配料好香口,呢個餸唔辣嘅。 將啲配料夾埋啲蟹肉一齊食好好味好開胃!總括嚟講,佢性價比好高。咕嚕肉嘅肉質好嫩滑,有啲juicy。甜酸汁都調較得好好。唔會酸得濟,送飯一流!翡翠炒球係翠玉瓜炒龍躉。翠玉瓜脆同甜,龍躉肉厚冇骨,連皮食,感覺食左好多collagen,好味滋補養顏😂 清蒸斑頭腩係豉油陳皮加葱做汁,好香,好送飯。龍躉兩味一種魚可以有兩種食法,真係好鬼開心。😂😂😂
