蛋黃鮮亮，質地綿滑。搭配著清新的配菜，味道清爽，作為前菜一流

茶香油爆蝦
蝦好新鮮同好入味 其他餐廳冇食到而種味道

茶皇煙燻脆皮雞
外皮酥脆，金黃誘人，肉質鮮嫩多汁

蟹粉小籠包
四粒都好大又多汁，蟹味都好出

加上環境同服務都唔錯 中午或夜晚同朋友食飯傾下計都係一個唔錯地方
