To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有時同長輩食飯想搵間靜靜地又好味既粵菜餐廳都唔容易,不過呢間就做到了!餐廳好出名,係米芝連加持,所以都好有期望。餐廳待應好細心,服務都好周到,最鐘意佢地既茶係長期heat住可以保溫。見到大部分黎既都係一家人同年紀比較大既,可能鐘意佢夠寧靜。先黎我地叫左佢既招牌叉燒同乳豬,仲有醉雞。叉燒真係非常好味,入口即融又夠軟,唔係講笑,必試啊!雖然佢既價錢真係唔平但食完你就知咩係靚叉燒!乳豬都燒得好香口,對得住佢價錢。不過醉雞就一般,可我地唔太鐘意佢落既個款醉雞酒掛。另外仲叫左個蛋白西䔵花,呢個都正常啦,水準都保持到。埋單每人都要400-500蚊,價錢中餐黎講算貴,但呢度食環境食服務都okay既!
