To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢晚忽然想食小籠包,揀咗位置超方便,位於尖沙咀Isquare嘅上海婆婆。間唔中就會幫襯下佢,貪佢座位多,坐得舒服。見餐牌加咗唔少新菜式,亦有兩款二人套餐供應。蟹粉賽螃蟹多士($135)- 睇賣相已經相當吸引,佈滿超多蟹粉蟹皇,入面係賽螃蟹,分量十足。上菜連埋幾片多士,塗上蟹粉蛋白,十分惹味,呢個用嚟送飯都一流。飄香鳳梨雞($98)- 有少少似咕嚕肉嘅變奏版,雞件炸得非常香脆,亦好入味,配以菠蘿同埋紅椒,味道酸酸甜甜,夠晒開胃。 336上海小籠包($46) - 每次嚟到必食,小籠包皮唔會太厚,入面注滿湯汁,味道相當不錯。婆婆擔擔麵($65)- 擔擔麵質地好滑溜彈牙,鍾意佢嘅湯底帶香濃花生醬味,同埋亦帶少少辣味。好多餐廳都欠缺咗花生醬味又或者過分重手,呢間就做得好好,平衡到兩種口味。
